23 August 2023 (ASX:ASE Major Shareholder to Increase Stake in Astute), the allotment of 41,273,185 fully
paid ordinary shares to HPG Urban Development Pty Ltd has now been completed.
Following the completion of the above, Astute’s total fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) on issue will be
